Referral Marketing Disclosure

You should know how Messagechocolate Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This page explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Messagechocolate Tree Service Refers, Nothing More

Messagechocolate Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Messagechocolate Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the price the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Messagechocolate Tree Service. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check insurance. Get a written quote. Compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded. The reasons are quality, verification and billing.
